In the last two years of my practice as a mural artist I have been painting a consistent theme of children with indigenous features holding spirit animals on their heads and shoulders. This theme has allow me to be recognise as an international artist. This piece is inspired on the Australian bushfire events that happened in 2019-20, showcasing a girl saving a mammal from the imminent fire. The aerosol works perfectly to resemble the active fire from the scene, as the girl comes out of it as a hero saving the animal. It showcases the strong links of Australia and its land and its animals.
